Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Aviora account and all of your data at any time. This is free, and you don't need to contact us to do it.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Aviora and go to your Profile (top-right).
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted straight away, and you'll be signed out.

Or request it by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account, asking us to delete it. We'll verify your request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your trips, day plans and saved places
• Your travel profile, preferences and AI memory
• Your subscription record and any content you created

This cannot be undone. Preferences stored only on your device are removed when you delete them or uninstall the app.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, billing and tax records for 6 years. These are kept only for that legal purpose and are not used for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to Aviora Plus through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing with them — please also cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.
